Orders have a flat rate shipping fee. Depending on your order value and destination, your order will either ship by delhivery.

We ships to anywhere in India. Currently, international shipping is not offered, but we hope to soon.

1. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted exclusively for products damaged during delivery or for electronic devices that are not working upon arrival (dead on arrival). We do not offer cash refunds or store credit outside of this scope.

2. Mandatory Unpacking and Testing Video

To verify delivery damage or a non-working electronic device, an unbroken, continuous unpacking video is required. This video must clearly show:

• The sealed package
• The opening process
• The condition of the product upon removal
• For electronic devices: The video must continue without interruption to show the device being powered on and attempting to function (e.g., pressing the power button, connecting to power if needed). Any malfunction or failure to start must be clearly visible.

Claims submitted without this complete video (including the startup attempt for electronics) will be automatically rejected.

3. Resolution Options

If the delivery damage or device malfunction is verified, the resolution will be limited to:

• Exchange for the same item: A replacement product will be shipped.
• Equal value exchange: You may select a different product of the exact same price as the original purchase.
