Refund policy

Returns are accepted exclusively for products damaged during delivery. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit outside of this scope.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@basicalife.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Mandatory Unpacking Video
To verify delivery damage, an unbroken, continuous unpacking video is required. This video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of the product upon removal. Claims submitted without this video will be automatically rejected.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If the delivery damage is verified, the resolution will be limited to:

  • Exchange for the same item: A replacement product will be shipped.

  • Equal value exchange: You may select a different product of the exact same price as the original purchase.


Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method under any circumstances.
